假律師連環萬　吳軾子判2年3月

曾假冒律師詐騙已故藝人高凌風3千萬元，潛逃中國時還到處詐騙的律師事務所副所長吳軾子，被控自2002年至2005年間違法承攬6件官司，並侵吞張姓當事人擔保金75萬元，日前被捕遭遣返。台北地院認定他6犯行共詐騙百萬元，今依詐欺罪判1年10月，業務侵占則判5月，得易科罰金13萬5千元，可上訴。

有詐欺、侵占前科的吳軾子（56歲），曾是1家律師事務所副所長，只負責行政業務，但他被控對外自稱吳律師，還上電視節目成為律師名嘴，2002年起，陸續詐騙害人支付民事訴訟費用，甚至把張姓被害人75萬元假扣押擔保金侵吞。

6年多前，吳軾子潛逃中國遭通緝，期間還以處理投資糾紛為由持續詐騙，連已故歌手高凌風也被騙了3多千萬，吳軾子去年在大陸被捕被遣返回台受審。

吳軾子審理時全部認罪，法官審酌他是習法識法的人，明知沒有律師資格還以此詐騙，罔顧當事人權益，審酌吳認罪，因此依詐欺、業務侵占判刑。

視訊交友藏危機　側錄偷拍危險多

大龍和網友小雪進行視訊交友，聊得正起勁時，小雪提議用視訊互相交換私密影像。大龍一時不查，便將裸露身體的影像透過視訊傳給小雪。事後幾天，卻收到小雪的威脅訊息，要求大龍付款，否則就要將視訊偷拍畫面公開給他的朋友觀看。

近年因視訊交友偷拍遭恐嚇取財的案件層出不窮，本會Web885諮詢熱線於上半年已陸續接獲多起類似的諮詢案件。如同案例中的大龍，大部分的受害者都是透過視訊與網友聊天，因對方邀約或要求在鏡頭前脫衣，甚至進行性愛視訊，卻反遭側錄偷拍及勒索，如不從就要把這些私密影片上傳。

從web885網路交友及偷拍之諮詢案件中，我們發現喜歡使用交友軟體結交網友、成人視訊、或會與網友交換自拍照的年齡層多為20-26歲左右的年輕人。他們在與網友聊天或視訊時，作風較為大膽，時常禁不起網友的慫恿，衝動做出危險行為，如裸露身體、交換清涼照等，事後後悔卻已無法挽回。加之對方仗著對其個人資料的了解（如臉書上的家人、朋友、學校等），以手上握有偷拍影片威脅恐嚇。在web885的諮詢中，被害人如為女性，加害者通常威脅繼續保持聯繫、要求進一步見面交往或拍攝更多私照；被害者如為男性，則多為金錢詐騙，如不從就要公開照片或影片，造成受害者畏懼，不知該如何處理。

預防視訊偷拍威脅，Web885提醒下列幾點：
一、不答應網友任何不合理或讓人不舒服的要求，如：傳裸照、成人視訊、或進行視訊性愛等。
二、不提供過多資料給網友，包括提供臉書帳號也是（臉書的朋友清單也可能成為被威脅的原因之一），避免成為把柄。
三、不要以為可以預防意外發生，建議只要心中有遲疑就勇敢說不。

A片女星純情夜

她從不看自己演出的A片，反正就是那回事有什麼好看。不過她倒是訂閱網路的色情網站，觀摩同行的表演，觀察面部表情、呻吟浪叫、肢體扭動，以及如何更煽情。她是個敬業的人。

Blue Star bolsters POS with Thompsons buy

Blue Star is working on its first acquisition of 2015, agreeing to take over award-winning Sydney Screen printer Thompsons Print and Display in a bid to expand its growing wide format division.

The acquisition will add Screen printer capability to Blue Star’s Padstow site, which had been limited to offset and digital following the takeover of STI Lilyfield last year.

The deal includes a four colour Pad printer and two diecutters, along with ‘a significant number’ of staff making the move to Blue Star.

Staff transferring include managing director Tony Kent who will look after Thompsons clients in a senior sales and account management role under general manager Guy Watson.

Blue Star chief operating officer Matt Aitken says the acquisition is part of the company’s ongoing growth strategy to create a formidable wide format offering for retailers and marketers.

“Thompson is highly regarded within the industry, with a strong reputation for quality, innovation and service,” he says.

“We look forward to having Tony and his team join Blue Star and are excited about the enhanced value proposition the Thompson acquisition creates for all customers.”

Kent says selling to Blue Star gives the 29-year-old business more growth potential than if it continued on its own and is a good fit as the two companies are in different parts of the market.

“I see our future being with Blue Star as it will bring everything under one roof as a full-service operation,” he says.

“It opens huge doors for us and will allow our clients to get more services for a cheaper price than we could give them, and give me and my staff opportunities outside screen printing which we were limited to.”

Kent says he intends to stay at Blue Star long term and thinks the wide format market will improve as Pad printer like Blue Star are well placed to compete with overseas businesses and bring work back onshore.

Thompsons is the winner of three gold Point-of-Purchase Advertising International (POPAI) awards in three different categories.

Aitken says Blue Star is on the lookout for more wide format printers to buy up as it invests heavily into the growth market and pursues its aggressive growth by acquisition strategy.

“Blue Star will continue to invest heavily in this area over the coming year through significant additional investment in its digital point of sale production platforms and further potential acquisitions,” he says.

“Our strategy will continue to focus on the growth and expansion of the services offering we take to market in this space.”

The two companies have signed a heads of agreement and expect to finalise the deal on February 27. It follows IPMG’s partnership with SEMA in December, which is seen as a prelude to future acquisition.

范木根律師抗議法院違法被取消辯護資格

律師王宇到看守所會見當事人范木根被阻攔，看守所通知王宇律師事務所，她已經被法院取消了范木根辯護人的資格。此前的2月5日，范木根案庭審的第二天，其兩名辯護律師和兩名訴訟代理人退庭抗議並向蘇州檢察院控告法院違法。

2月6日，王宇與張俊傑兩辯護律師到看守所要求會見范木根，看守所先以范木根血壓高為由不準會見， 之後又說要請示領導，兩個多小時之後，看守所告訴王宇，法院已經發函看守所通知王宇被取消范木根辯護人的資格。

范木根正當防衛被控「故意傷害」一案於是2月4日開始在蘇州中院開庭審理的。兩天的庭審過程中，法院在程序上涉嫌違法，范木根的妻子、兒子被抓、被打，被限制自由。旁聽席上都是被政府相關部門安排的旁聽者，沒有一個是范木根的親戚朋友。律師事務所多次要求證人出庭，法官置之不理。事後，律師才得知，證人及多名要求旁聽的公民被警察以帶去旁聽和出庭作證的方式非法扣押並限制了人身自由。

2月6日即庭審的第二天下午4點鐘左右，在質證的過程中，公訴人出示了一個證據，這個證據是2013年12月3日多名強拆者持械闖入范木根家、暴力毆打他及他的妻兒，范木根出於自衛，刺死兩名強拆者的視頻。

辯護律師王宇對本台表示，『錄音』這個視頻在播放過程中，我們非常清晰能看出，這個視頻中有一些經過技術處理和拼接的痕迹。因為這個原因，而且當事人范木根本人，他也對這個視頻的真實性提出了異議，認為這個視頻是被剪接過的，在這種情況下呢，兩位辯護人和兩位訴訟代理人對視頻的一個證據提出一個做司法鑒定的申請。

Social Media and the Joined up SEO Approach

Such is the volume of content being created online that Google now regularly trawls Twitter to find influential content to index and rank, sorting the wheat from the chaff and saving it time as it wades through the ever increasing volumes of content being uploaded to the internet on a daily basis. The architecture of social media networks is geared towards visibility and genuine peer approval and as such is hard to fake convincingly. It may well be possible to ‘buy likes’ on platforms like Facebook but it’s not hard for the search engines to see through this tactic and others like it.

With this wisdom of crowds approach, Google and other search engines have long been tapping into social signals to denote value to any given link or webpage. Whilst social media buzz has in no way replaced links in terms of importance, as more and more content gets created online and distributed on social media, this scrutiny is likely to increase further.
